Soul luxury resort boasts an unprecedented master plan featuring beach mansions and homes connected to nature, the unrivalled sea views of the Mediterranean, and the waterfront lagoons, lush green spaces and an array of unique amenities.
Seven worked on the creation of the brand name and identity for this new super-luxury development on the North Coast of Egypt. Located on the Egyptian Riviera, Soul offers the ultimate in luxury with 1.5km of pristine Mediterranean coastline.

Marketing Material for EMAA
We created all of their communications for launch including the brochure and the ad campaign. We helped to organise the launch event at the site on the 28th August 2022.
Reflecting the uniqueness of this brand, Seven decided not to do a conventional ad campaign for launch and instead created a “behind the scenes” documentary, interviewing the internationally renowned consultants, architects, master planners and landscape developers who partnered with Emaar Misr to create this unique master plan.
The day after the launch event sales started for the 1st phase of the project. All villas were sold out in less than 24hrs, Emaar immediately started planning for the launch of the 2nd phase as a result of the huge demand. The project became the talk of the town going viral on social media.
