Blaze By Safaricom chose Seven Brands to be its strategic experiential partner for it’s one-of-a-kind youth activation program. Seven designed mentorship events and created a A to Z sensory experience to draw an annual footfall of over 60,000 young people and engages with many more online.

The focus of Blaze is to get young adults started on their journey towards career success by encouraging self-employment and ultimately becoming their own boss. Working as the youth branding agency for Blaze, Seven worked with a shortlisted young audience to engage in co-creation bootcamps with selected mentors, then at the end of each season prepares them to participate in BE YOUR OWN BOSS TV Show, a much loved hit with key young audiences.

In addition to talks from mentors, youth are also invited to audition to star in Blaze’s reality TV show Be Your Own Boss
